Customer Service Representatives - (5) Positions Available

Eagle currently has a career opportunity for eight (8) Customer Service Representatives and we are looking to speak to qualified candidates with the skills and experience outlined below.

This position is a six (6) month contract to start February.

Key Customer Service Representatives Skills

  • Must have Wealth or Financial industry experience
  • Sense of urgency, wealth or financial industry experience (Must), office experience, call center experience
  • Must have Wealth or Financial industry experience

As a Customer Service Representatives, you will be responsible for:

  • Site/Location: Waterloo, Montreal or Toronto. Work from home to begin with but may end up coming into the office
  • Action control reports and address issues in a timely manner meeting monitored productivity and quality objectives
  • Help Associate Supervisory Managers with Tier 1 supervision follow-ups
  • Communicate with advisors to solve their pending supervisory inquiries
  • Track interactions using on-line systems
  • Provide superior customer service by being proactive in meeting customer needs
  • Assist with department projects and initiatives as needed
