Change Management Consultant

Eagle is currently seeking a Change Management Consultant for a six (6) month contract opportunity, scheduled to begin in December.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Applying a structured change management approach using the client’s Change Management Methodology to lead assigned projects;
  • Developing, managing, and implementing specific change management strategies, plans, and schedules;
  • Leading and facilitating the change process as outlined in the change management plan for the assigned change initiative;
  • Facilitating stakeholder involvement in the development and implementation of all change initiatives;
  • Maintaining knowledge of change practices and stay current with merging best performances in the relevant practices;
  • Developing and implementing a training needs analysis, training plans and training delivery solutions;
  • Liaising with training partners/vendors, prepare end user and technical content around the respective Microsoft 365 services;
  • Preparing for change by assess the magnitude of change and the organization’s change readiness;
  • Creating tailored change management and adoption plans that accommodate the needs of different stakeholder groups;
  • Assisting in developing mass communications that will be used to update the organization on the Office 365 project;
  • Continuing to build and maintain the Microsoft 365 champion program through onboarding new champions, providing them with regular updates, and facilitating the monthly meetings;
  • Change management activities involved with changes and enhancements to technology and/or business processes;
  • Overseeing change management including problem management, capacity management, CR requests and Service Level Agreement;
  • Providing accurate reporting i.e. monthly reports, project tracking, time tracking, etc.;
  • Liaising with client groups to ensure the delivery does not negatively impact various groups;
  • Driving more efficient and effective adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting stakeholders; and,
  • Contributing to the identification of activities and deliverables that will ensure a greater degree of adoption and sustainment of the planned changes within a Project / Program.
Skills and Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have:
  • A Degree in Business Administration, Education, or Social Sciences;
  • PROSCI certification;
  • Seven plus (7+) years of relevant experience in this role, preferably with a recognized professional certification;
  • Five (5) years of experience leading change management initiatives using project management methodologies. This includes assessing training needs, customizing, and delivering training and providing consulting services to management;
  • Strong business application knowledge (Microsoft 365) and experience with Office 365 implementations;
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver content and feedback in a tactful manner;
  • Strategic focus and strong analytical skills;
  • The ability to identify, analyze, recommend, and implement change management solutions;
  • Strong collaboration skills;
  • Flexible approach to establishing plans based on emerging needs;
  • Effective time management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects involving various departments/divisions;
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines; and,
  • Superior oral and written communication skills;
  • Experience with deploying new, highly complex technical solutions; and,
  • Effective planning and time management skills.
