Senior Technical Business Analyst

Eagle is currently seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst for a six (6) month contract opportunity, scheduled to begin in October.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Development of an EA process life cycle and supporting artifacts to enable and support: intake; delivery, and service introduction.  Introduce and embed the process with the EA team through communication and training;
  • Gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders;
  • Integrating or aligning EA processes to meet the governance objectives of the stakeholder community;
  • Supporting EA management team with analysis and communication materials related to transformational activities;
  • Facilitating requirements gathering sessions with technical and business stakeholders;
  • Documenting and communicating the technical and business requirements and solutions;
  • Defining processes through engineering, design, documentation, and implementation;
  • Supporting the team with management analysis, communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement;
  • Establishing a process life cycle and supporting artifacts to enable and support: intake; delivery, and service introduction; and,
  • Communicating with, and supports the team in the use of processes and artifacts though documentation; communication and training.
Skills and Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the related field;
  • Change management/business transformation experience;
  • Experience in Healthcare;
  • Experience in healthcare strategy and implementations;
  • Experience establishing and managing a Project Management Office, including design and definition of processes and artifacts;
  • ITIL Foundation level certification;
  • Exceptional MS Office skills;
  • Working knowledge on and experience with agile as well as waterfall project management concepts, practices, and deliverables;
  • Understanding, and experience with, IT Operations and delivery of service;
  • Experience with the development of process and work flow engineering, design and implementation;
  • Experience facilitating and managing consultation and requirements gathering with a wide range of stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with business and technical stakeholders: enabling and supporting successful project and/or strategy delivery;
  • The ability to effectively navigate and deliver results in a large and complex environment;
  • Strong forward thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and problem solving skills;
  • The ability to explain concepts and topics in layman’s terms to non-subject matter experts  and build consensus and credibility among diverse stakeholder groups;
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, including knowledge transfer and training materials;
  • The ability to work expeditiously as an individual contributor and as a team member;
  • The ability to coordinate, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks;
  • Proven track record of successful requirements gathering and documentation using best practice standards; and,
  • Process and work flow engineering, design and implementation experience.
