Customer Service Representative

Eagle is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. This is a two (2) month, contract position scheduled to start in October

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Action control reports and address issues in a timely manner meeting monitored productivity and quality objectives;
  • Help Associate Supervisory Managers with Tier 1 supervision follow-ups;
  • Communicate with advisors to solve their pending supervisory inquiries;
  • Track interactions using on-line systems;
  • Provide superior customer service by being proactive in meeting customer needs, and;
  • Assist with department projects and initiatives as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have:

  • Excellent customer service;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to adapt quickly and comfortably to change;
  • Professional telephone etiquette;
  • Strong team player;
  • Knowledge of Wealth and financial products, specifically Mutual Funds;
  • Exhibit professionalism within the workplace;
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask proficiently in a fast-paced performance-driven environment;
  • Computer proficiency;
  • Open to receiving and incorporating constructive feedback and coaching;
  • Handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner;
  • Mutual Fund Industry experience (as an asset);
  • Previous call center experience (as an asset), and
  • Experience working directly with advisors (as an asset).
