Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Solution ArchitectEagle is currently seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Solution Architect for a six (6) month contract opportunity, scheduled to begin immediately.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Configuring a functioning Goal and Performance management demo zone with demo data working with an analyst. Demo zone will include multi company, multi job/position and multi union demo data;
- Working with Analysts to develop functioning demo along with requirement document and plan/estimate;
- Configuring stage and production zone for setting up person and organizational data to deliver Goal and Performance management. Configuration must accommodate multi company, multi job/position and multi union setup;
- Configuring security with row-level security in mind so users from one entity can’t see data of users from other entity, except for super-users and admins that have responsibility for all entities;
- Configuring user authentication by integrating with the client’s active directory leveraging single sign on capabilities in HCM;
- Configuring application security with confidentiality to be available only when user is connected from client network;
- Working with Analysts to deliver integration with PeopleSoft 9.2 to load data into the HCM zone; and,
- Providing configuration documentation and knowledge transfer documents to analysts.
The qualified candidate must have:
- A minimum of three (3) years of Oracle HCM Fusion cloud implementation experience including Goal and Performance Management and/or Learning module (the implementation experience must be within the past three (3) years);
- Oracle HCM implementation experience for a large public sector organization, preferably in the health care sector with multi company/organization, multi job/position and multi union setup;
- Experience in integrating Oracle HCM Fusion cloud with PeopleSoft 9.2; and,
- Expert level knowledge in setting up security (access, roles, and profile) in Oracle HCM Fusion cloud.
