Organizational Change Consultant

Eagle is currently seeking an Organizational Change Consultant. This is a 12 month contract position scheduled to start in June. The role is based in Regina, SK.

As the Operational Change Consultant assigned to projects, you will:

  • Develop actionable and targeted change management strategies and plans and lead their execution in consultation with sponsors, teams and business stakeholders.
  • Perform impact analysis of the change.
  • Monitor and report on status and effectiveness of the change management plan to the project sponsor and/or the customer on a weekly/monthly basis or as required
  • Complete required deliverables in alignment with project and business timelines
  • Complete required reporting as part of the Organizational Change Team and provide regular updates on project status to the Management

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Expertise in change management methodologies, change strategies and best practices
  • Comfort and effectiveness in working with senior leaders
  • Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to uncover underlying needs/issues
  • Ability to identify issues, risks and opportunities within project

Education and Certifications:

  • Four (4) year Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Designation or accreditation in change management, communications, learning or human resources would be an asset
  • A suitable combination of education and experience may also be considered
  • Demonstrated record of continuous improvement

  • Expertise in change management methodologies, change strategies and best practices
  • Ability to bring structure to complex problems/transitions
  • Comfort and effectiveness in working with senior leaders
  • Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Ability to uncover underlying needs/issues
  • Ability to identify issues, risks and opportunities within project
  • Analytical skills applied to both process and people
  • Ability to lead a team of Change professionals to contribute to the design, development and delivery of change activities
