Business Analyst

Eagle is currently seeking two (2) Business Analysts for one (1) year contract opportunities, scheduled to begin immediately.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for:
  • Leading the business requirement elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation through the ERP transformation (design and implementation);
  • Identifying gaps between current and future state while outlining the required strategies to achieve the desired future state;
  • Leading the conceptual and functional design of the business processes within the Cloud ERP solution functionalities;
  • Facilitating and managing the test cycles in all environment of the Cloud ERP solution and lead business through user acceptance testing;
  • Developing and executing project plans, including risk, scope, communication and schedules;
  • Creating project documents and associated planning documents;
  • Leading consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings;
  • Creating business requirements, functional specifications and technical requirements;
  • Planning, monitoring, and controlling projects from concept to closing using appropriately scaled methodology;
  • Monitoring project and team performance against plans and take effective corrective action as required;
  • Managing initiatives at a high-level as well as having attention to detail;
  • Managing changing priorities to complete project delivery within defined constraints;
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of Project Management methodology, process and documentation;
  • Effectively managing risk by minimizing threats and maximizing opportunities within the project; and,
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of templates, procedures and processes as part of the continuous improvement process.
Skills and Qualifications

The qualified candidates must have:
  • A Degree or Professional Certification;
  • Seven plus (7+) years of experience;
  • Experience developing Business Cases or Business Case Summaries;
  • Experience in Business Process Reengineering;
  • Experience working in project/technical management role;
  • Experience using MS-Project or other project management tool;
  • Experience using G-suite of applications Gmail, Docs, Sheets,Drive, Calendar, Meet;
  • Experience developing test scripts and performing system testing;
  • Experience in planning/monitoring User Acceptance testing;
  • Experience developing and delivering training materials;
  • Experience documenting business processes, procedures, standards and guidelines;
  • Knowledge of proven industry best practices and standards;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience documenting business rules and data models; and,
  • CBAP designation is an asset.
