Eagle is currently seeking a Change Management Consultant for a six (6) month contract opportunity, scheduled to begin immediately.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Working as part of the project team, to assist in tracking and reporting on deliverables, milestones, and overall timelines;
  • Supporting a suite of IT related programs aimed to successfully implement our desired level of Information Security Maturity and as we continue to enhance our approach to data governance and related areas;
  • Meeting with specific stakeholder groups and gathering information about the change climate;
  • Conducting assessments on the impact change has on specific programs;
  • Designing strategies for change management; coaching and workshop facilitation;
  • Identifying people and risk, working with the impacted leaders regarding implications for change;
  • Partnering with key resources such as HR and documentation team to manage change;
  • Change management activities involved with changes and enhancements to technology and/or business processes;
  • Overseeing change management including problem management, capacity management, CR requests and Service Level Agreement;
  • Providing accurate reporting, i.e. monthly reports, project tracking, time tracking, etc.;
  • Liaising with client groups to ensure the delivery does not negatively impact various groups;
  • Driving more efficient and effective adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting stakeholders;
  • Contributing to the identification of activities and deliverables that will ensure a greater degree of adoption and sustainment of the planned changes within a Project / Program;
  • Ensuring the consistent application of Change Management discipline throughout an initiative when developing actionable and targeted change management plans including Stakeholder Impact Analysis, Change Plan, Business Readiness Assessment etc.; and,
  • Creating and managing measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes.
Skills and Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have:
  • A University Degree or equivalent work experience;
  • Five plus (5+) years’ experience leading change management initiatives;
  • PROSCI Certification (ACMP or some other type of change management certification a strong asset);
  • Familiarity working in a project environment and familiar with agile methodology;
  • Experience with change management in a large organization;
  • Demonstrated analysis and business acumen skills;
  • Experience with transformation change is an asset;
  • Experience on large agile IT projects is and asset;
  • Proficiency at effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical leaders and teams;
  • Strong coaching skills;
  • The ability to work within a complex environment with multiple projects, dependencies and potentially conflicting timelines;
  • Excellent collaboration skills;
  • Experience with deploying new, highly complex technical solutions; and,
  • Effective planning and time management skills.
