ServiceDesk/ Desktop Support Analyst
Eagle is currently seeking a ServiceDesk/Desktop Support Analyst for a six (6) month contract opportunity, scheduled to begin immediately. This position does involve some travel to field sites.
Skills and Qualifications
The qualified candidate must have:
- Five (5) to seven (7) years’ support experience with field experience being preferable;
- Experience with Windows 10/O365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Suite;
- ITIL knowledge;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; and,
- Experience in a large corporate environment is an asset.
