Eagle currently has career opportunities for a Technical Help Desk position and we are looking to speak to qualified candidates with the skills and experience outlined below.
This position is a six (6)-month contract located in Toronto, ON to start in September.
As the Technical Help Desk Position, you will be responsible for:
- Taking calls throughout the day, answering inquiries related to the accounts payable process within the bank; and,
- Spending time responding to emails that come into the general mailbox.
Skills and Qualifications:
The qualified candidate must have:
- One (1) to (2) + years of experience in a call center environment;
- Some technical expertise;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Problem-solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills;
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time;
- Bilingualism (English and French) (an asset); and,
- Previous banking/financial experience (an asset).
