Senior Windows Systems Admin

Eagle is currently seeking a Senior Windows System Admin for a six (6) month contract opportunity, scheduled to begin immediately.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting numerous infrastructure and software upgrade initiatives in a hyper-converged Nutanix platform with VMWare-based virtual infrastructure.

Skills and Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have:

  • Six plus (6+) years’ experience in a Systems Administration role supporting at least 250 local and remote users;
  • Six plus (6+) years’ experience in a tier 2/3 support role;
  • A minimum of five (5) years Windows Server 2012/2012 R2/2016/2019 support experience;
  • A minimum of five (5) years SQL Server 2012/2104/2016SQL experience;
  • Five plus (5+) years’ experience with Active Directory;
  • A minimum of five (5) years SharePoint 2010/SharePoint 2016 support experience;
  • A minimum of five (5) years Exchange 2010/Exchange 2016 experience;
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience SCCM 2012 or higher;
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience with SMTP, DNS, DHCP, and other network foundation services;
  • Five plus (5+) years’ experience with WAN, LAN and Wireless technologies;
  • A minimum of four (4) years’ experience with Symantec Backup Exec 2014 backup/restore, or higher;
  • A minimum of five (5) years scripting and automation for systems/service management experience;
  • Five plus (5+) years’ experience with desktop OS installation/imaging and management using automation tools;
  • Four plus (4+) years’ experience VMWare vSphere and vCenter 5.5 or higher;
  • Four plus (4+) years’ experience with Windows 10;
  • Four plus (4+) years’ experience with Office 2010/2016;
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience with Cisco switches;
  • Two plus (2+) years’ experience with Hyper convergence SAN storage and replication, preferably Nutanix;
  • Two plus (2+) years’ experience with the configuration and management of Apple mobile devices;
  • Two plus (2+) years’ experience with Airwatch MDM;
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience with information security technologies including Carbon Black, Solar winds, Websense etc.;
  • One plus (1+) years’ experience with Skype for Business support;
  • Experience with Application installations using GPO's, scripts, and system management tools;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, critical to troubleshooting networking issues and analysis of system and network performance; and,
  • Demonstrated experience in directly managing help desk and help desk support staff.
