Eagle currently has a career opportunity for a Bilingual Technical Help Desk and we are looking to speak to qualified candidates with the skills and experience outlined below.

This position is a 6-month contract located in Toronto, ON to start immediately.

As the Technical Help Desk, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries and request follow-ups via email or chat;
  • Validating approvals and procedures for requests;
  • Fulfillment of requests; and,
  • Follow-up on active requests to ensure they are moving forward.

What we’re looking for:

  • Two (2) to three plus (3+)years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with a ticketing tool such as ServiceNow;
  • Bilingual English & French (Written);
  • ServiceNow specific experience is highly preferred;
  • Active Directory experience is strongly preferred;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Attention to detail; and,
  • Able to work independently and effectively manage their time.
