Eagle currently has a career opportunity for a Bilingual Technical Help Desk and we are looking to speak to qualified candidates with the skills and experience outlined below.
This position is a 6-month contract located in Toronto, ON to start immediately.
As the Technical Help Desk, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inquiries and request follow-ups via email or chat;
- Validating approvals and procedures for requests;
- Fulfillment of requests; and,
- Follow-up on active requests to ensure they are moving forward.
What we’re looking for:
- Two (2) to three plus (3+)years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office;
- Experience with a ticketing tool such as ServiceNow;
- Bilingual English & French (Written);
- ServiceNow specific experience is highly preferred;
- Active Directory experience is strongly preferred;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Attention to detail; and,
- Able to work independently and effectively manage their time.
