Eagle is currently seeking a Cross LOB Performance Analyst. This is a twelve (12) month, contract position scheduled to start in June.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working in virtual teams with Customer Operations, Marketing, Pricing and Finance to improve sales performance;
  • Building and maintaining scorecards and control plans;
  • Building and maintaining charge back process;
  • Exploring new sources of information to uncover new opportunities to improve campaigns;
  • Analyzing and delivering of business requests/issues/requirements;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills required to work well with business users, Marketing teams, BI teams and IT teams;
  • Working with and presenting to all management levels (CP2 to EVP); and,
  • Maintaining and expanding your knowledge of NBA and OM through training opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have:

  • Bachelor degree;
  • Experience in telecommunications marketing or product development;
  • Basic working knowledge of project management steps;
  • Experience in presenting results and insights to upper management;
  • Experience with SQL and database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata;
  • Experience with analytical tools such as SAS, Python or R;
  • Experience with BI and data warehouse technologies;
  • Ability to work with dynamic team members;
  • Ability to be highly analytical and understand the basic principles of working with large and complex data sets;
  • Ability to leverage insights and opportunities from data and metrics to build strategies and make recommendations;
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements and issues to non-technical team members;
  • Ability to be curious and analytical;
  • Ability to leverage insights and opportunities from data and metrics to build strategies and make recommendations;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel; and,
  • Ability to be a self-starter who is comfortable working with and presenting to all management levels.
