Eagle is currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a six (6) month contract opportunity, scheduled to begin immediately.
Skills and Qualifications of a Technical Support Analyst
- Two plus (2+) years ITIL experience;
- One plus (1) + year Windows server experience;
- Two plus (2+) years Hep desk experience;
- Strong communications
NICE TO HAVE
- Excel skills;
- Office 365 experience.
