Eagle is currently seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead for a six (6) month contract opportunity, scheduled to begin in April.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities;
  • Applying a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by this initiative;
  • Developing the OCM and training Business Unit specific plans with the support of the BU leads; 
  • Collaborating with the Communications lead in the development of communication; 
  • Understanding the demographics across the organization; 
  • Contributing to the development of the Initiative scorecard reporting; 
  • Building Initiative Stakeholder engagement, culture, and values; 
  • Completing change management assessments; 
  • Identifying and managing anticipated resistance; 
  • Creating actionable deliverables for these change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan, resistance management plan; 
  • Supporting and engaging initiative leaders and sponsors; 
  • Coaching Leads and Project Managers; 
  • Supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities; 
  • Coordinating efforts with other specialists including Communications Lead and Training resources; 
  • Integrating and keeping up-to-date change management activities into project plan; 
  • Evaluating and ensuring user readiness along with BU leads; 
  • Managing stakeholders;
  • Tracking and reporting issues; 
  • Defining and measuring success metrics and monitor change progress; and,
  • Supporting change management at the organizational level.

Skills and Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have:

  • A relevant Bachelor's Degree with a minimum ten (10) years of experience in Organizational Change Management; 
  • Experience developing and implementing an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategy and Plan(s); 
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; 
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools; 
  • The ability to work with the Business Unit (BU) leads through the development of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Plans for the BUs they support, including the identification of the impacted Stakeholder groups and their leaders throughout all the phases of this initiative; 
  • The ability to work with the Communications and Training resource on ensuring alignment between Communications Plan, Training Plan, Content and OCM Plans for each Business Unit; 
  • Commitment to develop collaborative partnerships within the Business Units and Communications over the long term; 
  • The ability to be comfortable navigating in a large, complex organization; 
  • Passion about how best in class Organizational Change Management contributes to employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; 
  • The ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; 
  • The ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal; 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to be able to work in ambiguous situations; 
  • Excellent organizational skills with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics; 
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills; 
  • The ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization; 
  • The ability to be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others; 
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges; 
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle; 
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts; and 
  • Change management PROSCI certification or designation desired.
