Project Coordinator/Site Analyst

Eagle is currently seeking an Project Coordinator/Site Analyst for a contract opportunity, scheduled to begin in February.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing project management expertise, leadership, planning, and successful delivery of all activities for the assigned organization/site;
  • Overseeing and providing support to resources to ensure client-focused, high quality and timely delivery of the process;
  • Project planning, ongoing delivery/documentation and reporting, all activities from client engagement through to post deployment support follow up in accordance with approved processes;
  • Producing and maintaining project artifacts for specified site, including:
    • Project Charter;
    • Project Plan;
    • Deployment Forecast;
    • Risk and Issue Log;
    • Assumption and Decision Log;
    • Standard project status reporting (as defined by project leadership);
    • Communication and engagement (change management) plan including stakeholder analysis (co- developed with the team;
    • Evaluation Plan;
    • Close out report including Lessons Learned;
  • Adherence to PMO standards, metrics, processes, procedures, and practices;
  • Chairing/facilitating site specific and other status meetings (inclusive of agenda, minutes, and other meeting materials);
  • Conducting regularly scheduled status reviews, identifying deviations to work plan/schedule and implements corrective action(s);
  • Communicating project status, actions and issues and providing full project reporting through the project governance structure;
  • Delegating appropriate tasks and responsibilities to project team resources;
  • Developing, coordinating, and managing site project plan while maintaining all project-related documentation, including project plan, status reports, "lessons learned", change control, risk/issue, communications, etc.;
  • Identifying and tracking metrics as they relate to the project deliverables and describing problems and generate solutions for team problem-solving;
  • Liaising and coordinating with other project streams leads and associated stakeholders to ensure alignment;
  • Maintaining effective and regular communication with all stakeholders (i.e. Site Sponsor, Primary Points of Contact, Practice Leads, Project Engagement Planner Leads, Project Manager Deployment and other project work stream leads) on all related matters;
  • Validating requirements, dependencies, and associated issues/risks, escalate appropriately;
  • Providing support to the site’s assigned Desktop Engagement Analysts (DEAs);
  • Establishment of weekly site status meetings;
  • Working in collaboration with Site Lead to support Site/Department engagement activities and communications;
  • Working with discovery reports, provides application intake assistance which may include, but is not limited to: clarification of additional information for discovered applications, (i.e. software media, version required, peripherals, etc.);
  • Supporting team with application intake and follow-up requests/coordination;
  • Working with Licensing Manager re: site licensing requirements; produce licensing approval forms for site Primary Point of Contact (PPC);
  • Working with Primary Point of Contact and/or DEA and/or Deployment PM to schedule/plan the delivery of the Win 10 workstations;
  • Attending DEA team meetings, licensing and other project related meetings as required; and,
  • Addressing issues and escalates appropriately.
