Eagle is currently seeking a Senior Analyst - Customer Experience Strategy & Insights. This is a five (5) month contract position to start immediately in downtown Toronto.

Summary:

This team supports the Wireless group. They are responsible for reporting on various insights encompassing NPS.

Educations & Skills:

  • University or College degree with related previous experience
  • A reporting analyst with 3-5 years experience.;
  • Must have advanced knowledge of SAS and SQL;
  • Ability to work with complex data sets;
  • Strong proficiency using Excel; and,
  • Must have previous reporting experience.
