Eagle is currently seeking a Senior Operational Manager for a Senior Operational Manager for a six (6) month contract opportunity, scheduled to begin immediately.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting with managing the day to day tasks of the teams;
- Checking in with support teams regularly review tickets and tasks to confirm the are being completed; and,
- Assisting with some administrative tasks;
- Generating reports to detect some trending issues that we can review and resolve;
- Providing a weekly summary of the priorities, tasks, tickets, and any issues/concerns;
- Managing hardware orders placed from submission, goods received, payment;
- Reviewing ticket queue with the Support team and manage SLO; and,
- Participating in weekly meetings and escalations as required.
