Eagle is currently seeking an Integration Project Manager for a one (1) year contract opportunity, scheduled to begin immediately.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing oversight of project plans across the company and managing their execution to delivery;
  • Working across a wide, diverse set of departments;
  • Utilizing a standard methodology for implementation;
  • Assisting in the development, monitoring, and tracking of project plans, schedules, budgets, cost/resource management plans, and issues;
  • Coordinating 10-15 small business projects simultaneously;
  • Coordinating closely with the Program Manager, Test Manager, and Business Change Manager to integrate all  activity across the Program  and Integration project schedules using Microsoft Project, Google Suite, and daily meetings;
  • Maintaining continuity and consistency across company plans to implementation;
  • Developing and delivering monthly implementation reports, presentations to management and supporting the plan/reforecast of resources, materials and contractors;
  • Identifying and resolving issues/conflicts within teams;
  • Meeting deadlines set out by the Program Manager while meeting quality standards set out by the program;
  • Complying with policy and procedures that apply to contract staff;
  • Working with Directors, Supervisors, and Team Leads to develop initial plans, work breakdown structure (WBS), project schedules, and budget forecasts that provide the introduction of the project within each department;
  • Participating in program management team acting as integration project manager, citing timing conflicts, resource issues and opportunities for improved integration;
  • Meeting and conducting regular meetings with management, directors, and supervisors;
  • Monitoring and tracking execution progress daily against plan;
  • Using project schedules, updating daily with progress, cost and resource management plans with actuals and providing integrated project schedules as sub-projects into master plan;
  • Coordinating critical path analysis;
  • Revising baselines and reforecasting and developing project change requests for adjustments;
  • Presenting updates at monthly program reviews, represent progress of each work streams, incurred costs, issues and resolutions, and risk assessments/mitigations;
  • Documenting meeting minutes, post changes and coordinating with document controller to assure consistency and a single source of information using Google Suite;
  • Updating and maintaining production and quality metrics of projects;
  • Leading and directing technical and administrative activity across each group, as well as meeting time, cost and quality targets;
  • Monitoring and tracking implementation activity, integration, and testing;
  • Identifying and flagging changes to scope, cost and schedules for business implementations;
  • Creating change assessments, project change requests, updates to project budgets and schedules;
  • Coordinating priorities and resources across all business implementations;
  • Updating cost / resource management plans to adhere to cost performance targets;
  • Preparing and updating project plans and status reports;
  • Providing updates on business issues during scheduled operational meetings;
  • Facilitating sessions to effectively resolve issues and mitigate risks;
  • Utilizing corporate PMO processes to track project schedule and cost as well as directed by the Program Manager;
  • Reporting status, developing project-related documentation and implementing lessons learned;
  • Participating in project performance review meetings and discussions;
  • Assisting management within departmental/operational meetings;
  • Understanding how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully;
  • Understanding of enterprise-wide solutions and how to succeed;
  • Understanding technology projects i.e.  information technology, engineering or construction;
  • Understanding how technology impacts business projects;
  • Generating enthusiasm among team members;
  • Managing the process of innovative change;
  • Facilitating effective team interactions with stakeholders;
  • Acknowledging and appreciating each team member's contributions;
  • Developing relationships with stakeholders that foster collaborative approach;
  • Communicating effectively to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions; and,
  • Managing stakeholder expectations effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have:

  • A University Degree in Management, Business Administration, Communication Studies, Communication and Technology, or a technical field such as Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science;
  • Five (5) years of project management experience successfully delivering significant projects, i.e. enterprise-level, regional, or corporate division level;
  • The ability to demonstrate acumen in planning, scheduling, critical path analysis, budgeting, risk mitigation, issues resolution, scope management, communications, cost and resource management and quality management;
  • PM designation;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Experience with G-Suite (G-Mail, Docs, Sheets, Sites, Drive, and Sites); and,
  • High acumen with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
