Eagle is assisting our client in the search for a QA Analyst. This is a six (6) month contract position with a top tier organization, scheduled to begin immediately.


The QA will work in different phases of projects, including but not limited to, Initiation and Execution, also may be required to lead or support multiple projects at different tiers at the same time. Mainly work on telephony and/or credit card related initiatives and can be called upon to support other team members on their projects when needed. 

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience as a QA – (3 years); 
    Experience in dialer and IVR systems – (2 years); 
  • Knowledge of BAT – (2 years);
  • Experience in credit cards – (2 years);
  • Experience in HP ALM and Jira – (2 years); and,
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
