Eagle is currently seeking an ERP Cloud Functional Consultant. This is a permanent position scheduled to start in March.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Researching legislative/ regulatory rules and policies to provide relevant and timely support /expertise to the business, along with articulating to the clients;
  • Working on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration /design, testing, and cutover;
  • Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner;
  • Reporting progress to teams and project managers;
  • Sharing knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology;
  • Working independently with minimal supervision;
  • Working collaboratively with other team members internally or with client counterparts;
  • Providing subject matter expertise in one or more specific areas or modules within Financialsor SCM;
  • Participating in Pre-Sales activities with Sales Team;
  • Establishing longer term relationship with Clients stakeholders at all levels;
  • Identifying, tracking and reporting on key success criteria’s for all projects and clients;
  • Coaching and mentoring delivery teams;
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients;
  • Facilitating team building;
  • Working closely with Senior Managers, Directors and Partners in practice development activities;
  • Participating in Talent Sourcing and Recruiting activities;
  • Focusing on delivering highest quality deliverables vs. just profitability; and,
  • Leading and participating in continuous development and internal IP Accelerator program.

Skills and Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have:

  • Seven plus (7+) years of professional services experience with Oracle EBS v 12.1 and 12.2;
  • Three plus (3+) years of working experience within a consulting organization;
  • Oracle ERP Cloud or EBS Financials Certification;
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time or as required;
  • Experience in delivering Oracle ERP Cloud projects and must have completed at least one (1) Full cycle Oracle ERP Cloud implementation;
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong commitment to professional and client service;
  • Strong Implementation skills as a Functional SME;
  • Experience configuring at least two (2) of the following modules – AP/ AR, CE and GL modules;
  • Experience Configuring Integrations with HCM/SCM/Banking;
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
  • Strong adaptability to new delivery techniques and tools;
  • In-depth understanding of how to plan, assist and deliver migration of customers data, business processes from On-Premise to Oracle ERP Cloud service;
  • Strong understanding of business processes;
  • Good understanding of client business operations or needs;
  • Good understanding and knowledge to innovate and make business processes
    more efficient;
  • PeopleSoft Certifications (an asset); and,
  • Degree in Accounting (i.e. CGA, CMA or CPA) or MBA in Finance (an asset).
