Senior Change Management Consultant
Eagle is currently seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant. This is a twelve (12) month, contract position scheduled to start in April.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Transition of responsibilities and rationalization of internal services;
- Modernization of the Passport Program business process;
- Optimization of the service delivery network; and,
- Ensuring change management related requirements associated with transformation envisioned in the Program Business Case are identified, aligned and inclusive of all activities, e.g., business readiness, knowledge gaps identified, work force structure, roles and responsibilities, training required, etc. that improve project effectiveness through people centered change and result in bringing about change, improved environment, and greater engagement.
