Eagle is currently seeking a Support Specialist-Taskbased. This is a ten (10) month part time, contract position scheduled to start in February.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing/applying fixes to known bugs and issues;
  • Supporting continuous system improvement to meet business needs;
  • Providing estimates, direct technical assistance and answering questions of a technical nature;
  • Documenting change requests;
  • Providing status reporting for assigned work; and,
  • Providing knowledge transfer to staff.
