Eagle is currently seeking a Change Manager for a six (6) month contract position, scheduled to begin immediately.
Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate must have:
- University Degree, Community College Diploma or Special Experience Equivalency;
- Certification in Change Management;
- Written and spoken competence in English and French;
- Proven experience providing change management services for complex business transformation initiatives in a multi-entity organizational environment - 6 years;
- Proven experience in the development of training and communication plans - 6 years;
- Experience facilitating workshops - 6 years;
- Experience in presenting to Senior Management levels - 2 years;
- Engaging stakeholders in contributing to effective change - 6 years and,
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint - 6 years.
