Siebel Business Consultant (2)

Eagle is currently seeking two (2) Siebel Business Consultants. This is a twelve (12) month, contract position scheduled to start in April.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with clients to identify business needs and the costs and benefits of implementing a new systems; 
  • Identifying and resolving issues and potential opportunities for the Client organization;
  • Devising and documenting a general system design based on the client's anticipated requirements;
  • Identifying and recommending new processes and organizational structures; 
  • Preparing and presenting a business case in support of the new processes and structures;
  • Facilitating the change management process; 
  • Meeting in conference with project managers, stating problems and making recommendations for their resolution; and,
  • Working with other IT experts to address IT implementations solutions and issues. 

Skills and Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have:

  • A university degree in a related business or technology discipline and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related business or technology discipline Or a three-year (3) college diploma in a related business or technology discipline and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related business or technology discipline Or a two-year (2) college diploma in a related business or technology discipline and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a related business or technology discipline;
  • Minimum of two (2) Pension or CRM COTS Software system implementation projects analyzing existing business and information practices and processes, guidelines and directives and devising and recommending adjustments to these practices, or established Departmental guidelines in conjunction with the Business Process Reengineering Consultant. 
  • Experience working closely with clients to identify business needs and the costs and benefits of implementing a new systems;
  • Experience identifying and resolving issues and potential opportunities for the Client organization;
  • Experience preparing and presenting a business case in support of the new processes and structures; 
  • Experience facilitating change management processes; and,
  • Valid Canadian Federal Government security clearance.
