  1. #3 is slightly insulting. Some people consistently work long hours out of necessity. There can be a variety of reasons. It does not “simply mean you don’t understand how to use your time well.”

    2. i agree. I know someone who works late, but its a superstar time manager. The guy just has way too much on his plate everyday.
