Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Assess and identify qualified candidates from external positions, job boards, job postings, internal database and referrals;
- Screen, interview and qualify potential I.T. professionals;
- Work closely with our Account Managers to place highly skilled candidates in contract and permanent positions with esteemed employers; and,
- Develop, manage and expand existing candidate and client relationships.
Skills and Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have:
- A post secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent experience;
- 2+ years proven work experience in assessing and qualifying candidates, preferably in an I.T. staffing role;
- An above average knowledge of the IT industry;
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills;
- An ability to manage multiple projects with a positive attitude; and,
- Dedication, persistence, flexibility and a willingness to go the extra mile.
